> EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

> BOOKING & PAYMENT

How do I book?

Book online at bookeo.com/lostsg. You can also walk in, but we recommend calling first to check availability — we can get busy.

Do I pay online or at the venue?

Pay at the outlet before your game starts. No upfront payment required.

What payment methods do you accept?

NETS, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayNow, and GrabPay. We do not accept cash or Diners Club.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

Reply to your booking confirmation email and our team will assist. We don't take changes over the phone — the outlet gets busy and we don't want anything to slip through the cracks.

> GROUP SIZE & PRIVACY

Are rooms private to my group?

Yes — all bookings at LOST SG are always private. No strangers will be added to your session.

What's the minimum / maximum per room?

Minimum is 2 or 3 pax depending on the room (check each room page). Max is 12 pax per room.

Can 2 people book a min-3 room?

Unfortunately no — the booking system enforces each room's minimum. Try one of our 2-pax rooms (Castiglione or Mausoleum) instead.

Can we book multiple rooms at the same time?

Yes — the venue can host up to 60 players simultaneously across our 5 rooms. Great for larger groups.

> HORROR & CONTENT

Are there jump-scares?

Only in Aokigahara 2.0. It contains atmospheric jump-scares, but there are absolutely no NPCs, no live actors, and no one inside the room with you. Nothing will touch or grab you.

Are there live actors or NPCs inside Aokigahara?

No. Aokigahara 2.0 contains no NPCs and no live actors — the jump-scares are purely environmental. You and your group are the only people inside the room.

Are there live actors in any room?

No. All 5 rooms are player-only experiences. No actors, no NPCs, no one else inside.

Which rooms are not scary?

Alcatraz, Castiglione, Exodus, and Mausoleum are all non-horror. Only Aokigahara contains jump-scares.

> AGE & CHILDREN

Do kids need to be with an adult?

Children aged 12 and below will require adult accompaniment. Usual rates apply.

Do young kids pay full price?

Children aged 6 and below enter free with a paying adult. Ages 7–12 pay the usual rate.

What's the recommended age?

Most rooms suit ages 12+. For groups with younger kids, we recommend non-horror rooms like Exodus or Castiglione.

> CORPORATE & LARGE GROUPS

How do I get a corporate quote?

Fill out our corporate enquiry form with your group size, preferred dates, and goals. We'll come back with a tailored quote within one working day.

What's included in corporate packages?

Gameplay plus structured session design — room assignments, staggered start times, optional debrief and wrap-up. See the corporate page for the full 6-step process.

Can you host 60+ people?

Yes. Our venue holds up to 60 players at once across 5 rooms. For larger groups, we run back-to-back sessions on the same day.

> EXPERIENCE & RULES

Can I play if I've had a drink?

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated. If we do turn you away, you won't be charged — your booking will be cancelled in full. We'd rather reschedule than have you miss out on a good experience.

How long is the game?

60 minutes of pure playing time, plus a game intro and briefing. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes and shoes. Skip the miniskirts and heels.

Can I bring my phone into the room?

No. Free lockers are provided. (Because we're the game masters.)

Can I replay a room I've done before?

Yes, why not?

Do I need special skills?

Just teamwork, cooperation, and observation. No brute force required — our puzzles are designed for thinking, not muscle.
